There are two stages to extending your house, prior to construction :-
- 1. Planning Permission
- Outline drawings, plans and elevations.
- 2. Building Warrant
- Detailed drawings including specification.
- Demonstrating compliance with the current building regulations.
- Thermal Calculations.
- Structural Engineers report.
